Two double bedrooms. 

Our Lake District holiday cottage offers self-catering accommodation of great charm and character. There is a snug, open-plan lounge with cosy wood-burning stove and Sky television, while from the window you can enjoy uninterrupted views stretching down the Little Langdale Valley.

The staircase leads to two contemporary designed double bedrooms (one can be used as a twin-bedded room if required) both with far-reaching vistas of the magnificent Lakeland landscape. The good-size family bathroom features bath and shower over bath, wash hand basin and WC.

To accompany the as-you-please freedom of your self-catering holiday, we can prepare you a hearty Lakeland breakfast each morning to enjoy in the privacy of your own cottage.

Facilities
Ground floor: Open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with log-burning stove, 3-piece suite, Sky TV and DVD player; 4-ring hob and double oven, free-standing fridge/freezer, built-in washer/dryer and dishwasher; pine dining table seating four.
First floor: two double bedrooms (one converts to twin-bedded room), bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Towels and bed linen provided.
Outside: private patio at rear of cottage for private use of holiday cottage guests.

Minimum 3-night short breaks are available out of season, from £230.00.
