Two double bedrooms

We are one of very few Bed & Breakfast farms in this part of the Lake District and the only B&B farm to be found in the Little Langdale Valley. Our warm and welcoming home still retains many original features, providing you with an archetypal Lakeland farm experience.

We are well-used to catering for healthy appetites and your ‘full-works’ English breakfast of fresh Lakeland produce, cooked on our Rayburn, and served in our B&B guest breakfast room, will set you up superbly for a day’s walking, cycling or sightseeing.                                                  Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requests.

Upstairs are two tastefully appointed double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, and a separate spacious bathroom. Both rooms are fully equipped with towels, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, clock and hairdryer.

B&B guests have private use of our walled cottage garden at the front of the farm and there is off-road parking adjacent.
